Lets put any political views aside for a moment as this post has nothing to do with politics at all. It has everything to do with “CHANGE”. As most of us are well aware, Barack Obama’s Presidential campaign was based on ‘change’. I was inspired by this message of change that Barack was striving for, but there was something magical happening in the background that inspired me even more… Millions of people were embracing change. They were singing songs about change, they were dancing, and full of joy and excitement for something that had never been done before.

What makes this so magical is that many people around the world actually fear change. They are afraid of the unknown. They are afraid of stepping outside of their comfort zone in order to experience positive change in life. They would much rather stay inside their protective cocoon where they are familiar with their surroundings and know what to expect, even if they are not happy with where they are.

Do you fear change or do you embrace it?

I’m going to get a little personal here, I hope that you don’t mind. Are you happy with where you are at in all areas of your life? Are you making the money that you feel you deserve? Are you happy with the relationships that you are in with your lover and your friends? Are you happy with your current level of health and fitness?

Even if you are happy in all areas of your life, do you think that you could be even happier?

What change would need to take place in order for you to become happier in the “Big 3″ of life – Health, Wealth, and Relationships.

When you think about what changes need to take place are you fearful or are you excited?

Honestly, it’s ok to be both at the same time. I believe that it was Bob Proctor who said, “Your goals should scare you a bit and excite you a lot.” That may not be the exact quote, but I love it!

The problem occurs when you become paralyzed by your fear of what needs to change in order to achieve your goals. This paralysis results in “IN-Action” rather than “Action”. In order to grow as an individual you need to take action toward your goals even if you may feel scared of the unknown.

Are you willing to embrace change? What changes are you willing to make in order to be the best YOU that you can be?

Change is happening at this very moment. It’s up to you to work towards the change that you desire.

Embrace Change,
