Or worse, they let OTHERS fill them with so much doubt and fear that they cannot succeed if they change that they are paralyzed by the idea! Sometimes you just have to step out on faith and go for it! And when you do, it's AMAZING!!!!! Right on! You either change or you stagnate and die!
