Chances are that you already have in your possession a map to a million dollars. You know the steps to get there and you probably even took those first few steps but then you stop before taking the remaining critical steps. At that point the million dollar map that you are holding is utterly useless.
You can use the same analogy weight loss. Chances are that you have the blueprint and the steps to achieving the lean and desirable physique that you deserve. I’m sure that you own at least a book or two on diet or exercise. And You probably followed the programs for a couple weeks, but then for whatever reason you threw in the towel and stopped all together.
